Our golden rules.. if we are walking the mountains of North Snowdonia...then we go on a Saturday, why ? so we have all day to walk, not worry about work the next day. The original plan for the Saturday was to walk the Snowdon horseshoe , the back up plan was to walk from Capel - Curig, follow a faint path to the summit of Glyder Fach, then make a decision on the summit of Glyder Fach on options of decent. last minute change of plan we decided to go the back up Glyder walk, just remembered.....school holidays, it will be heaving with people walking Snowdon and seeing as we go for the quiet walks the Glyder has to be the better option, while on the subject of Snowdon, its not our favourite mountain in summer...Snowdon in the winter any day, so Snowdon is now on hold until November onwards.
